Scott DePaolo is a certified clinician of CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association). He is also certified as a pack and trail clinic instructor, Western and English instructor, EFM instructor, CHA site certifier, and is a Certified Equine Specialist with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association. Since the early 2000's, Scott has worked on an equine assisted psychotherapy team using horses to help heal troubled youth and recovering adults. Scott has worked in the horse industry in a variety of roles since 1982. He has managed and operated Butte Creek Scout Ranch for the Boy Scouts of America for over 25 years. Butte Creek is a working ranch that specializes in western trail rides and extended pack trips for all ages both for the Boy Scouts of America and their families. Scott has a deep belief in the positive effects of experiential learning and that horses can be used to build character and teach positive personality characteristics. He believes that horses make the teaching of many key personal character traits much more natural and that good horsemanship leads to good "humanship" (A word from Scott's personal dictionary).
His hobbies include training bridle horses, competing in ranch roping, reining, and working cow horse events as well as traveling to both teach and participate in ranch horsemanship and roping clinics.

Brianna was raised in the Pacific Northwest and competed in 4H, WAHSET, Open, and Breed shows in high school, several classes including reining, cutting, working rancher, stock seat equitation, trail, English and Western all-around. Her senior year she earned the cutting horse year end high point award in AQHYA before landing a scholarship to Oklahoma State University to ride on the NCAA Women’s Equestrian Reining Team for 4 years during which time she was Reserve Champion in Individual Reining in the nation. After college, she worked for a team sorting/penning trainer and really enjoyed the cattle but not the timed events. So, she moved to Texas where she started training, showing, and coaching in Stock Horse of Texas and NRCHA events. She won her first all-around Open Champion in 2012 in Lubbock through SHOT and from there she was hooked. In 2015, she won her first year end high point saddle in Junior Horse and multiple show all-around champions and followed that in 2016 with another year end high point saddle in Junior Horse on a different horse. In 2017, she won LO Bridle Champion in the NRCHA Wild Rag show and was Reserve World Champion in Ranch Riding at the APHA World Show. She started doing more clinics and judged a few Open and 4H shows. Then, she worked on a cattle ranch and started training futurity horses for the Snaffle Bit and derby horses for the Hackamore classes at NRCHA. In 2021, she was Futurity Champion at STRCHA and LO Hackamore Reserve Champion. Then in 2022 while competing in a two-rein class, she had her personal high score in the cow work under two judges marking a 149.5. Since moving back to the Pacific Northwest in 2023, her business shifted to more Versatility Ranch Horses but her passion for teaching and showing never wavered. She has earned multiple All-Around Ranch Horse Championships in Junior Horse, Green Horse, and Open in AQHA and ABRA. In 2026, at the World Ranch Horse Association World Show, she was able to (finally) earn a World Champion Title (5 times), Reserve Champion Titles on two horses, and earn money in the futurity. Over the years, Brianna has done several clinics on VRH classes all over the United States and judged Open and 4H shows. She is currently working on getting her judges card with multiple associations to better her horses, clients, and the industry we are all passionate about.

Morgan Wagner of Eugene is a full-time horse trainer dedicated to transforming problem horses into willing, trusting partners through patience, understanding, and connection. Specializing in Liberty horsemanship and classical horsemanship, Morgan has built a reputation for helping horses overcome fear and uncertainty by creating relationships rooted in trust, adaptability, and mutual respect.
Through Endo the Blind, Morgan has shown audiences that blindness does not limit a horse’s potential. Endo’s story stands as powerful proof that blind horses are fully capable of learning, performing, and thriving when given the opportunity, compassion, and training they deserve. Together, Morgan and Endo built an unbreakable partnership that has inspired the horse world and challenged long-held assumptions about what blind horses can achieve.
Endo earned national championship honors at the highest level in a discipline requiring advanced dressage movements and obstacle work. He also achieved three Guinness World Records titles, including the highest jump by a blind horse. Beyond competition, Endo became a theatre star, performing with Caravan Farm Theatre, further demonstrating his remarkable versatility and spirit.
Driven by this mission, Morgan is building The Blind Equine, a nonprofit organization devoted to providing forever homes, education, outreach, and advocacy for blind horses. The organization aims to change public perception by demonstrating that blind horses can live full, capable, and meaningful lives. Through training demonstrations, events, social media outreach, and hands-on education, Morgan is not only giving blind horses a second chance, but creating a movement that challenges limitations and redefines what is possible for these extraordinary animals.
